Mrs Gale Berryman – Managing Partner – Full Time
Gale has responsibility for all aspects of practice management including the application of policies decided by the Partners. Gale was initially our practice secretary and computer administrator, having previously spent 15 years in the secondary care setting as a nursing auxiliary. Having completed and open university course in Managing Health Services, she is now responsible for completely updating the administration systems within the practice and constantly monitors and updates the practice organisation to provide an efficient and up to date service. She administers the practice finances and will plays a lead role in the management indicators in the new GP Contract.
