Blackbrook Surgery has a Patient Group. This group will meet on a regular basis and discuss ideas related to the surgery - what they like about us and what changes they would like to see.
It exists to reflect the views of patients in a constructive way
and to help develop ideas and any further improvements for the
practice as a whole.
Again, we are open to suggestions and would welcome comments, ideas and thoughts. Should you wish to join the Patient Group, please contact our Practice Manger, Mrs Gale Berryman. The Group will meet regularly and it will be your opportunity to discuss items with our Clinical Members of staff. We are hoping that by meeting the doctors at the practice and other members of staff we can create opportunities for our patients to interact with the surgery. A poster is on display in the Waiting Room shortly giving you more details.
