| Automated Arrival System The
newest addition to our Reception team is the self check in system.
Using desk or wall-mounted touch-sensitive screens, patients can check in without staff involvement. Patients are identified to the system by using practice-definable combinations of date of birth, initials and gender. When the patient completes the simple check-in process the appointment status is changed to confirm their arrival.
Car Parking
We are able to provided limit parking space at the
surgery. At the front of the surgery is an allotted car park, with
disabled parking spaces available. Please be aware before coming
to any appointment that car parking IS limited, so leave
plenty of time for parking.

Disabled Access
We are proud to announce continued improvement for disabled access. In the last 6 months we have added automated doors to make wheelchair access into the surgery easier for disabled patients.
There are also disabled toilet facilities easily accessed by wheelchairs. All consulting rooms are on the same level as the entrance to the surgery.
There are reserved parking spaces for patients with mobility issues in the car park. If you require any assistance when visiting our surgery, please contact the reception team.
Consulting Rooms
One of the major changes with the redevelopment is
the introduction of two new consulting rooms. This brings the
total Doctor consulting rooms for the surgery to eleven, and
allows our junior doctors a designated room for them to carry out
their training. The two new consulting rooms are all fully equipped,
and offer a spacious environment for consultations.
