BLACKBROOK SURGERY - PATIENT PARTICIPATION

Would you like to have a say about the services we provide at Blackbrook Surgery?

We would certainly like to know what you think.

With over 10,000 patients on our books it isn’t easy for us to know what people like about the way we do things, and what we ought to consider changing. To try and get a better feel for what our patients think, we are asking different groups of patients whether they would consider becoming part of our Patient Reference Group.

If you join we will ask you a few questions about our services a couple of times a year. Some of these will be general – perhaps about arrangements for ordering repeat prescriptions or making an appointment. Some will be more relevant to you personally – for example, about appointments for children if you have a young family or perhaps about clinics for a particular condition that you may have.

If you are able to help or would like to have your say please contact the surgery by email: reception@blackbrooksurgery.nhs.uk
