Blackbrook & Victoria Gate Prescription Service
A new service, in partnership with Pharmacy2U, that will work with your doctor to arrange and deliver your medicines. All your repeat prescription can now be delivered direct to your chosen address, at no extra cost. So you won't have to brave bad weather, wait for the buses, find a spot to park or rely on someone else for help.

Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
Patient Participation Group
We are looking for Patients to join our Virtual Patient Group - an email based group we use as our first point of contact if we wish to make any changes in the practice.
To find out more please email PPG@blackbrooksurgery.nhs.uk
Access & Parking
We have automated doors to make wheelchair access into the surgery easier for disabled patients. At the front of the surgery is an allotted car park, with disabled parking spaces available. Please be aware before coming to any appointment that car parking is limited, so leave plenty of time for parking.
All patients in the practice are allocated to a named GP. If you would like to know who your named GP is please ask a member of staff to look this up for you when you are next in the surgery. You can also see this on your prescription form.
For continuity of care, we strongly encourage patients to book routine appointments with their named GP.
